Provenance

"He inherited it from his father, but it went bad a few years ago, so he had to get new from his neighbours. They also got from him, so it could be the same one. Or maybe his neighbours started using lab yeast, in which case it's not a farmhouse yeast at all. Nobody knows for sure yet."
