Traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast (Kveik) from Viki, Voss. Voss is one of the most famous Kveik regions, known for producing clean, versatile farmhouse yeasts. Like other Kveik, it tolerates high fermentation temperatures and completes fermentation quickly while producing distinctive farmhouse character.
