A traditional Lithuanian farmhouse yeast from the Jovarai region. Part of the Baltic brewing heritage that shares characteristics with Norwegian Kveik - heat tolerance and fast fermentation. Produces rustic farmhouse character suited to traditional Lithuanian ales.
