A remarkable Norwegian farmhouse yeast from Grodås known for producing intense tropical fruit character including pineapple, mango, and stone fruit. Ferments extremely fast at high temperatures (up to 40°C/104°F) and produces clean results even when hot. One of the most fruit-forward Kveik strains.
